Chicken With Cashews - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 stalk celery, sliced on diagonal
1 green pepper, cut into bite size pieces
1 carrot, cut into thin matchsticks
1 handful raw or unsalted cashews
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small piece ginger root, minced
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sherry
1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Heat wok.
Add oil, heat and add ginger and garlic.
Stir-fry for 1 minute, then add chicken and stir for another two minutes until chicken begins to turn white.
Add celery and stir for another minute.
