Cheesy Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 slices process American cheese, divided
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Bring milk, water, margarine and salt to boil in medium saucepan.
    Add 4 slices of the cheese; stir until completely melted.
    Return to boil.
    Stir in rice; cover.
    Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir.
    Garnish with remaining 2 cheese slices.
