Surprise Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1 c. milk
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, slightly thawed
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together sour cream, salt, pepper, cream of celery soup, Cheddar soup and milk.
    Stir in onions and potatoes.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12.
