Dutch Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 egg
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. margarine
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. milk, sweet or sour
    1/4 c. chopped pecans, optional
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon and egg until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup for topping.
    Dissolve baking soda in milk and add to crumbled mixture, stirring until blended.
    Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Put batter in pan and add reserved crumbs for topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brown.
