Noodles Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed on package.
    Drain.
    Mix sour cream, 1/2 cup cheese, chives, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Stir margarine into hot noodles; stir in sour cream mixture.
    Arrange on warm platter; sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
