Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean regular sausage
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. rice (raw)
    1 can chicken broth or 2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. water
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large skillet, break up and brown sausage.
    Add onion in the last few minutes; cook until clear.
    Add rice, broth and water.
    Stir in salt; bring to a boil.
    Cover; reduce heat to low. Cook for 30 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
