Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. (2 sticks) butter (room temperature)
Preparation

Mix ingredients with hands until forms a ball.
Pat out flat on 9 x 13-inch ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until light brown around edges.
Cool.
Cut into squares.
