Tuna Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 regular size can tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. pickle relish
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine tuna, crumbs, celery, cheese and relish.
    Add mustard and lemon juice to mayonnaise; stir into tuna.
    Form into patties and broil 5 minutes on each side.
    Serve in hamburger buns.
    Makes 4 large or 6 medium sandwiches.
