Super Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    6 large eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Beat cheese until soft.
    Add sugar slowly.
    Beat in 1 egg at a time.
    Add flour, juice, vanilla and salt, then sour cream; beat well.
    Bake in buttered spring-form or 9 x 13-inch pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until top is browned to satisfaction.
    Add fruit filling on top when cooled, if desired.
