Meatball Subs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3 slices white bread
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
cracker meal or bread crumbs
evaporated milk
Mozzarella cheese (optional)
onion (optional)
Italian seasoning (optional)
Preparation

Soak bread slices in enough evaporated milk to saturate.
Mix all ingredients together using just enough bread crumbs to form. Roll into 2-inch meat balls.
Arrange in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cover with Ragu spaghetti sauce and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Place 3 or 4 meatballs on Italian rolls. Add sauce and shredded Mozzarella if desired.
