Scalloped Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    12 to 15 crackers, crushed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    dash of pepper
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix crackers, salmon, onion, egg and half of milk.
    Place in baking dish.
    Add peppers, melted butter and milk over all.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
