Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes peach jello
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 medium bananas
    1 bag miniature marshmallows
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix jello as directed.
    When jello begins to set, stir in drained pineapple and sliced bananas.
    Add marshmallows.
    Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 2 tablespoons pineapple juice; spread on top of jello.
    Let set for 1 hour or until jello sets up. (Substitute low-fat cream cheese.)
    This makes a great low-fat dessert.
