Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch uncooked pie shell
6 strips bacon
1/2 lb. Swiss or Gruyere cheese, grated
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. melted butter
pinch of nutmeg and cayenne
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Cool and crumble.
Alternate layers of bacon and cheese in pie shell.
Beat eggs, flour, milk, spices and melted butter.
Pour gently over cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 until brown.
