Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, cut thick and fat trimmed off
    2 eggs
    bread crumbs that have been crushed from stale, hard bread
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chops, dip in beaten eggs and then in bread crumbs.
    Fry in hot fat until browned.
    Place on rack in covered roaster and put a tablespoon of catsup on each.
    Make thin gravy from fat they were fried in and pour in bottom of roaster, a little water may need to be added later.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours in preheated oven at 300\u00b0.
