Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1/4 c. onion
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. oil
1 small (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Mix the first 10 ingredients together.
Roll into balls.
Put the margarine and oil in skillet and brown meat.
Put the tomato sauce and 1/2 can water in pan to keep meatballs warm until time to serve.
