Brajole(Stuffed Flank Steak) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flank steak, thinly sliced and in several strips
    salt and pepper
    Romano cheese, fresh grated or in the can
    finely chopped garlic
    finely chopped parsley
    few crushed red pepper seed (very spicy)
Preparation
    Roll up each piece snugly and tie with string or secure with toothpicks.
    Brown in olive oil.
    Then put into Spaghetti Sauce* and simmer 1 to 3 hours.
    Serve over spaghetti or other pasta.
