Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups plain flour
1 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
pinch of salt
Preparation

Cream powdered sugar and margarine.
Add flour and salt.
Pat down smoothly in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
While this is cooking prepare filling as directed.
Once done with filling, spread filling over cooked crust, reduce temperature to 325 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely in pan.
Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
