Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked diced chicken
1 (15 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained 1 hour
1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation

Mix first seven ingredients.
Blend mayonnaise and mustard. Toss with mixture.
Chill several hours.
Add chow mein noodles just before serving.
Turn into lettuce lined bowl.
