Pineapple Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
    20 medium shelled shrimp
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Pour juice from pineapple into a small bowl.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and red pepper; mix well.
    Add shrimp.
    Toss well and cover, refrigerate one hour.
    Drain shrimp, reserve marinade.
