Liz'S Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
food coloring

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Cook over medium heat until mix pulls away from sides of pan and becomes like the store bought kind.
Knead until cool.
For sparkle dough, add glitter in the beginning.
Keep this separate from other colors.
