Stuffed Tomatoes And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil
    3 onions, chopped
    2 pieces garlic, chopped
    1 pepper, chopped
    3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef, broken up
    parsley, chopped
    mint, chopped
    salt and pepper
    oregano
    about 1 1/3 c. rice, almost cooked and drained
    tomatoes, scooped out, and also 1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Cover bottom of frying pan with olive oil.
    Add onions, garlic and pepper.
    Saute and then add the ground beef, parsley, mint, salt and pepper and oregano.
    Saute and then add rice and tomatoes.
    Simmer for a few minutes.
    Fill tomatoes and peppers and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
