Pasta With Crabmeat Fra Diavolo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. canned Italian tomatoes
    2 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 oz. or more drained frozen crabmeat
    1 Tbsp. half and half
    angel hair pasta
Preparation
    In 2 or 3-quart saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
    Add onion, garlic and red pepper.
    Saute until onion is softened.
    Add sherry and simmer 1 minute.
    Stir in tomatoes and seasonings, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
    Add crabmeat and half and half, stir well to combine.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
    Serve over cooked pasta.
