Fred'S Herbed Oil Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grape seed oil
    dash of white wine vinegar
    1 tsp. chopped fresh or dried herb
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Mix well in glass bowl.
    Use oil marinade for leaner types of tilefish, rockfish, monkfish, bass, swordfish, shark steaks, cod, haddock or snapper.
    Use for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
