Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 clove garlic, chopped
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    grated cheese (several shakes)
    parsley flakes (several shakes)
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly in large bowl.
    Roll into large balls (about 10 to 12).
    Fry in hot oil for about 3/4 hour.
    Add a clove or 2 of garlic in oil.
    Use any sauce (canned, jar or homemade).
