Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. stuffing mix
4 c. cooked squash, mashed
1/2 c. melted margarine
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Cover bottom of baking dish with stuffing mix, reserving a small amount for topping.
Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well.
Spread over stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with reserved stuffing mix.
Bake for several minutes longer or until brown.
