Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) head cabbage, chopped or shredded
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 medium white onions, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 c. vinegar (white or yellow)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. celery seed (or less)
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, green pepper, onions and sugar; mix well. Mix oil, vinegar, celery seed and salt; bring to a boil.
    Pour over cabbage mixture.
    When cold, store in refrigerator or freezer.
    Let stand 3 days.
    Will keep for a month.
    Store in an airtight container.
