Mandelmusser(A Swedish Cookie Tart) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. blanched almonds, grated
2 large egg yolks
2 Tbsp. almond extract
Preparation

Add 4 cups of flour carefully to creamed mixture.
Additional flour may be needed to work dough easily and fill your tart tin forms.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove tins from oven and turn over carefully to remove tart from tin.
Cool and store gently in airtight container.
