Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1 egg, beaten
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Mix together butter, sugar and egg. Stir in yeast mixture.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Bake in greased muffin tins for about 20 minutes in a 425\u00b0 oven.
