Swiss Onion Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. minced onions (Vidalia or Exuma are the best)
1 1/2 - 2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2-3 Tbsp. salsa
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Saute onions in 1 Tbsp. butter.
Mix all and bake in pie pan for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees (or nuke 3-4 minutes with one stir).
