Manhattan Beef Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry biscuit mix
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked and cooled
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/3 c. beef gravy (cold)
    3/4 c. mushrooms
Preparation
    Blend biscuit mix and buttermilk with mixer on low speed.
    Do not overmix.
    Roll on floured surface into a rectangular shape approximately 1/4-inch thick.
    Combine remaining ingredients together.
    Spread evenly over dough mixture.
    Roll up like a jelly roll.
    Slice into 1-inch pieces.
    Place onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
    Serve with gravy. Makes 7 servings.
