Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. sifted flour
1 c. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
cold water
Preparation
-
Beat egg in measuring cup and add cold water to measure 1/2 cup liquid.
Blend flour and shortening together.
Add liquid to flour mixture.
May be made ahead of time and wrapped in wax paper and stored in refrigerator until needed.
