Meat Korma From India - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2.5 lb. meat (beef or lamb), cut into 1.5 to 2-inch cubes
    10 oz. onion paste
    2 oz. ground ginger
    10 oz. yogurt
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Mix the meat with turmeric and salt in a pan and boil the meat in a proportionate quantity of water.
    There should not be any excess water in the pan when the meat is tender.
    Add ginger, onion and yogurt to the boiled meat and keep for 20 minutes with occasional stirring.
    Then fry in a little butter until brown. Ready for serving.
