Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1 lb. regular or hot sausage
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Combine beaten eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Into a greased rectangle casserole dish, layer bread, sausage and cheese.
    Repeat layer.
    Pour liquid mixture over ingredients in casserole dish.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
