Apricot-Buttermilk Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. bran cereal
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped dried apricots
    1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In bowl, pour buttermilk over Bran Buds cereal.
    In another bowl, combine flour and baking soda.
    Stir in apricots; add brown sugar, oil and egg to cereal mixture.
    Stir into flour mixture. Spoon into muffin cups.
    Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
