Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast, softened in 1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. instant onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 unbeaten egg
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine in mixing bowl with yeast the cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, baking soda and egg.
    Stir in flour. Cover and let rise 60 minutes.
    Stir down; turn into buttered casserole dish and let rise (approximately 25 minutes).
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt. Serve hot or cooled.
