Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1 large Tbsp. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. scalded (cooled) milk
1/8 c. warm water
1/3 pkg. active dry yeast
minced garlic
oregano leaves
1 pkg. pepperoni
1 1/2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 Kraft pizza sauce
Preparation

Mix dry yeast in warm water until dissolved.
When milk has cooled, add beaten egg and salt.
Cut shortening into flour and add to mixture.
Knead dough with hands until springy and has a satin-like finish.
Place, covered, in a warm area and let rise until double in bulk or place in refrigerator until next day.
Roll onto 15-inch pizza pan.
Bake partially (10 minutes at 350\u00b0); add sauce, spice, Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni; cook until done at 400\u00b0.
