Steak Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef, cut into 1 to 2-inch squares
    1 c. olive oil
    1 c. onions
    1/4 c. pimientos
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 cans mushroom steak sauce
    1 c. Sauterne wine
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. bitters
    dash of hot sauce
    1/4 c. garlic
Preparation
    Put olive oil in a large pot on medium heat.
    Saute onions, pimientos, parsley and celery seed until onions are clear.
    Add mushroom steak sauce, wine, soy sauce, bitters and hot sauce.
    Add garlic after mixture is juicy.
    Turn fire down and add meat. Cover and let cook 3 to 4 hours until meat is tender.
    Serve over rice.
