Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed potatoes
3 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients, then add potatoes and bacon drippings. Add enough milk to make dough soft.
Roll out on floured board 1/2-inch thick.
Cut with floured cutter.
Place biscuits in greased pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
