Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
4 Tbsp. plain flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. shredded sharp (or mild) Cheddar cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix first four ingredients together and pour into pan.
Crush crackers on top, then pour melted butter over crackers.
Bake 25 minutes or until bubbling and brown.
