Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
4 c. apples, finely cut
1 c. whole Raisin Bran cereal

Preparation

Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Blend butter and sugar.
Beat well until fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well.
Stir in apples, Raisin Bran and sifted dry ingredients.
Spread in well-greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes. Cool and frost.
