French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo, melted
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 c. coconut
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Lightly toast coconut on baking sheet.
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, oleo, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Add coconut.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
