Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground round
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and shape into tiny meat balls. Brown in skillet with a small amount of olive oil.
    Now add to sauce and simmer for about 30 minutes.
