Western Omelet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 lb. cooked ham, cubed
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    12 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Layer 1/3 each of frozen potatoes, ham, onions and cheese in bottom of slow cooker. Repeat 2 times. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 8 to 9 hours.
