Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices buttered loaf bread
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread; butter and layer in 9 x 13-inch dish. Cook sausage; spoon over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs and half and half; pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
