Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
    mustard
    flour
    vegetable oil
    2 cans undiluted chicken rice soup
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Spread chops
    with
    mustard
    on
    each
    side.
    Coat with flour. Do
    not
    salt.
    Put
    pork
    chops in fairly hot skillet with a little
    vegetable
    oil and brown each side, turning as needed. Put
    browned chops in shallow baking dish.
    Pour soup over chops. Add
    water
    so you will have enough liquid.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
