Easy Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large sweet onions
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    4 to 5 c. flour
    salt
Preparation
    Cut onions into rings.
    Dip rings into the milk, then flour. Drain flour rings on paper towel.
    Beat eggs well and add 1 cup milk.
    Dip rings into this mixture.
    Dip rings back into flour again.
    Place on paper towel to dry.
    Fry 2 or 3 at a time at 375\u00b0 and sprinkle with salt.
    May be made 3 hours ahead.
