Chunky Tomato Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie shell
    5 medium size tomatoes
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. thin cheese slices
Preparation
    Cut 4 tomatoes into cubes (4 cups).
    Slice other tomato; set aside.
    Combine tomato cubes, bread crumbs, flour, sugar and salt; toss until mixed.
    Place in pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove; garnish with tomato and cheese slices.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
