Plum Or Peach Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsp. milk
4 c. sliced peaches or halved plums (enough to cover top of cake)
1/2 c. sugar or honey
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Serve hot with cream.
