Chicken-Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 chopped onion
    1 large pkg. corn chips
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    pepper
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken and remove from bone.
    Reserve 1 cup broth.
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Combine chicken, sauce, soup, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Line a greased baking dish with part of corn chips.
    Add chicken mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Cover with remaining corn chips.
    Add broth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
