Pineapple - Carrot Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small lemon Jello
2 tsp. vinegar
Add water to make 1/2 c.
1 c. boiling water (almost)
8 oz. pineapple plus juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. carrots
2 Tbsp. celery
Preparation
-
Mix pineapple juice plus 2 Tbsp. vinegar or 2 Tbsp. (scant) lemon juice plus 1/2 water after boiling water stirred into lemon Jello.
Then add above ingredients soon.
